Mine are starting to wear too, thinking of swapping the bottoms.

I live in AZ and them bottom half of my driver's side seat cracked and blew open between the stitching. As you all know, Honda wants about 5,000 for new set of skins. It's all black now, but looking to go red/black I think. Anyone have pictures and a good experience in AZ with a local shop? Cost please. Also, if you upgraded to after-market and have a set around without cuts etc. I am willing to look at buying them from you. I would prefer to stay OEM, but I don't think I will at the cost of 5,000!
