No not really, but the ap2 seats have a different leather on the top and sides which may give them a different look compared to ap1 seats. Like mentioned above suzuka blue seats are hard to capture accurately in photos, quite often the blue colour is exaggerated in bright light conditions, or it looks overly dark in poor light conditions.

 

The blue seat color is amazingly variable with lighting, in low light they almost look black. The MY06 was the only year S came with the factory black and blue interior. It normally has the blue floor mats, but I replaced mine with the black Honda Euro mats (they were not offered in a blue). Blue/black possibly the rarest single interior color found in the S2000?
