Is it possible to swap the seats around? The bolsters on my passenger seat are in much better condition than the driver's seat so I'm considering switching them. Ap2, 2007 if that matters.

No. The metal seat pans, bolt holes. And rail mounts are different

 

You can only switch the bottom cushion, not that difficult to do, but If it's the top of your seat that's messed up then no, you can't do anything about it

 

Switching the seat bottoms made my seats feel like new! The driver seat door side bolster was completely collapsed from lazy egress/ingress.

The driver seat has had butts in it for 14 years, I figured it was to get some wear out of the passenger side
