Default Tinting Wind Visor Glass

Has anyone removed the wind visor glass (or even the entire bracket)?

Instead of putting the S2000 sticker on the glass, I thought it would be more unique to have an extra S2000 badge adhered to it. I also am considering tinting that piece of glass so it will make the badge stand out a little more when the top is down. I was at my storage unit this afternoon letting the car run a bit and decided to check it out and see if can be easily removed. After looking at it, it doesn't seem that straight forward to me.. Does the whole bracket piece just snap into the top of the console? Are there any easy tips that could be provided in removing the bracket for the glass?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Steve

you dont have to do glass if you dont want too. my local tint shop tinted the plastic. the only reason is came off is cause my dad hit it with his arm and peeled the corner of it so it tore it off(plastic flapping in the wind). it should be extremely cheap, 10-20 dollars to get it done, i had a sticker on top of that which looked good.

Pull the two plastic pieces off and there are 2 screws under those. Remove those 2 screws and the whole thing comes off.
