looks more like nicky hilton to me. ive never understood the whole switching of the radio door to an AP2, i like how no one can see that there is even a radio in the car for theft purposes in my AP1. but i do like the look of the newer door better.

I think it fits more with the dash controls, I enjoy the look. I found that the ap1 door tends to show finger prints a bit more, the ap2 so far stays pretty clean.

Tools
Push pins out slightly with coat hanger
Pull pins the rest of the way with fine tipped pliers
Catch spring as door is removed
Disassembled door
Install spring on new radio door, then preload with small screwdriver, coat hanger, or toothpick
Gently align hinge while maintaining tension on the spring, then install hinge pin
