Default Vinyl Wrap Silver Interior Parts

Since installing my Copper Translucent shift knob from Raceseng, I wanted to vinyl wrap the silver parts of the center console to match. I picked up some VViViD Satin Chrome Copper vinyl wrap, removed the silver pieces from the car, wrapped them, and reinstalled them. Total time was about 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the results.

Looks cool to me. I like to see different stuff like this. How tough was it to get the indentions in the door to look good?

I used some 3M primer on the edges of everything and in the indentations of the door. The vinyl wrap has air release channels, but they only work for small bubbles, they won't allow all the air in the indentations to escape. I rolled the tip of my index finger through each indentation which worked perfectly.

How did you do wrapping the tight corners of the radio door?

I removed the radio door from the surround by pulling the hinges out, wrapped it, and then reinstalled it.

Looks great! I know first hand how wrapping small oddly shaped pieces can be difficult. Yours came out perfectly!

That's the seat cover/platform that I made for my dog. It sits on top of the passenger seat.
