What is this little nub in the interior?

What is this little nub in the interior?

What is this little nub with a nut around it near the seat bolster? I'm sure this has been asked a bazillion times, but didn't know what to search for.

Pics would help. But if it is what Im thinking it is its probably a tonneau cover mounting point?

There's an illustration of one and an image pointing out the 4 snaps for the top cover on page 74:
