Default What shift knob is this?

I recently bought an S2000 leather-wrapped aluminium shift knob from a seller on S2KI. When it arrived, I noticed that the shift pattern was red, and after installing it finally, I noticed that the leather wrap was smooth and not perforated like the stock MY03 S2000 shift knob I replaced. So is this an Acura shift knob? Honda? For the Civic or something else? Help me ID it!

Thought so. I guess it's not the worst thing in the world since I like Civic Sis, but I wish the seller had been honest!

Aren't they pretty much the same shift knob with different colored numbers and non-perforated leather? Is there any weight/size difference?

I think it looks a bit smaller (read: slightly slimmer). I have my stock shift knob and the Civic one handy. I'll take a picture and upload a side-by-side comparison here as soon as I get off this call.

If I remember correctly from my Defensive Driver courses at Mid-Ohio, this is the same shift knob as in the TSXs too. Though theirs had a black shift pattern.

My stock 06 knob isn't perforated.

Seems unlikely but it's possible that the seller didn't know.

Looks clean though, mine is totally scratched up. Although I hated my stock shift knob so I replaced it.
