I'll send a message to GoTuning asking if the Clazzio perforations go all the way thru. I know there are many Clazzio owners on this forum. Maybe they could tell us about the perforations.

I'd talk to a local apholstery shop. They've probably dealt with this before. Maybe there's a spray can sealant or adhesive that could coat the foam or simply wrap the foam in fabric first?
#8 is a piece of fabric that goes between the molded seat foam and the sheet metal seat pan. I assume it's there to prevent the metal pan from tearing the foam. I remember seeing it when tearing apart the seats to install seat heaters.

There's no lining between the leather and the foam. It's leather then foam. Again, this happened to my prelude. I took out the seats and saw the foam right underneath the leather. Maybe different in the S, but doubt it.

Why not just glue or fasten a piece of leather or leatherette to the foam?. Or if your OEM covers are already shot, glue these pieces directly to the seat before installing the new covers.

When I took my '06 into the Honda dealer for the brake booster recall inspection, the mechanic came out to ask me about the awesome seats, not even realizing they were covers.

The Clazzio's should hide all that yellow dust, OP!

Problem is the Clazzios are perforated too, so the dust will come thru. What I'm gonna do is remove the leather and cover the foam with some black fabric using spray adhesive. I'll then put the leather back on and then install the Clazzios. Should solve the issue.

Well, I finally solved the problem and it wasn't the seat foam. There is a thin fabric liner sewn to the underside of the leather. Between the leather and this liner is an additional layer of foam. This is where the problem was. This thin foam layer was completely disintegrated. Once I removed the leather from the seat, I used a small pair of scissors to carefully cut open the liner and gain access to the foam. I vacuumed it all up. Section by section. I also did the seat back. Took be several hours to do it all. Check out the pictures.

While I had the seat apart, I took a picture of the driver's seat pan showing the bolster support. Not sure if this had been shown before:

I also took extra precaution to avoid a scratched panel when putting the seat back in the car:
