Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you know about the annual car show happening in Monterey Park, CA. The city-sponsored event will take place on October 15th at Barnes Park (right behind City Hall). See link for more details.

There will be trophies & goodies (shirt too, I think) bags for entrants and entertainment for everyone. There will also be taiko, fire & police demonstrations and raffle prizes. This year, "Tierra" will also be performing live at the park amphitheater.

This event is open to ALL makes, mods and year cars.

Just the facts:

Date: Saturday, October 15th
Time: 9am - 3pm
Place: 320 W. Newmark Ave. (between Atlantic & Garfield)

Cost: $20 - Sign up via city website below

NOTE: If you want to park you S2k together with your friends, let me know. I'll try to make arrangements. Also, if you have Toyo tires mounted on your modded car, the TOYO TIRES/www.csctires.com booth may be looking for you. PM me.
