Run Away From Andersen Honda In Baltimore !!!
Hey Everybody,
Just wanted to share with you some bad news. I live in the Baltimore area and purchased my 2001 Baby Gray early summer from Andersen Honda in Baltimore City... the sales rep was a great guy... I even referred my buddy to them (who bought a black S2000)...
Well, here's the bad news. Took my car in for some minor warranty work and oil change. Picked up the car Friday afternoon (little before 6:00), happy to see her again (though she was still dirty - they don't do the customary wash and vacuum that I was used to from my Acura dealership)... Went home, and as I was leaving the car, I noticed a couple things... The idiots who serviced my car must have leaned on my front panels when they were filling my crankcase with oil (whatever) and they actually put 2 dents on the right front panel, and a third dent on the left front panel... apparently, they aren't aware that you can't put your damn body weight on aluminum panels... And to top it off, when they parked my car, they backed it into what looks like a 10mm bolt from a front license plate bracket of another car. I'm going there today to try to remedy the situation (and no, I'm not letting them paint my new car, especially to my rear bumper). In the meanwhile, avoid them like the plague... We need to look out for each other - and I don't want to hear that these guys are making a practice out of damaging our cars... And if any of you know about the latest dent pulling practices out there, any info is appreciated.
Regards,
Rick
