Hi Everyone, I have been gauging interest in putting together a S2K MegaMeet for the Upper MidWest and would like to extend the invitation to you all. As of right now I'm still in the planning stages but the date that we are looking at is Saturday August 31st, Labor Day weekend. As I get everything together I will let you know more, I will look into getting hotel discounts and anything else that may be helpful for those traveling long distances. There are a few locations I'm looking at, but it will be somewhere in the Chicagoland area. I may be able to get some shirts, stickers and or magnets made. If you have any suggestions feel free to let me know here or via PM.

What's going on

 

Taking to two possible locations this weekend. Hopefully I'll have a place soon.

 

I hope I'll be able to go, Chicago isn't too far from Cleveland.

 

Should be securing a location by the end of the month.

 

Just wanted to keep you guys update a little more.

Thanks to a friend, we now have Berk as a sponsor and they will be providing prizes for a raffle, this is free, so no tickets will need to be bought

I will hopefully have a venue set by the end of this month. The date still stands as the 31st of August. I'm working with other people and hope to have some more things planned to make this as best of an even at I can for everyone.

A great idea that has been brought up is a cruise the following Sunday to Starved Rock.
