W.L.A. Problem
we now have 20 cars (17 confirmed, 3 "probably") for our 1/20 meet... the problem is that the location is a short block cul de sac that can probably hold about 15 cars- there are other streets near by that we could over flow onto.
i hate to cut-off the event, but must be realistic...
should we cut it off, or just plan to have overflow to other streets?
the responses i have gotten off of the board have been to "go with the flow" (allow overflow)- not cut off the number of cars. but i want to make sure that it is o.k. with everyone... if you arrive late you may have to park a block or two away from the main action.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT PROBLEM!! LOTS OF INTEREST!

There's always a chance a few people won't turn up, so let's go with the "overflow" plan. We could always shuffle our car's around if we're overbooked. Besides, it would be nice to walk around the neighborhood to take a look at the latecomer's cars.
Mike. Got any suggestions about handing out name tags? It would be nice to have people's first names and usernames on something like that. Maybe the guard could hand them out at the gate, if he'd be willing. Email me if you've got any suggestions that I could help with.
