I still think it is a little pricey for a "replica"
TIG welded stainless is cheaper because it's a replica? So you're admitting you'd pay more just for a name?

The shop that sells this header is very reputable in the Atlanta area. They specialize in FI but know their way around a Honda. In for more dyno results.

I am going to Batlground's shop to purchase the header this evening. i'm super-pumped as this will be the car's first big upgrade. Hope to have some great feedback to share tomorrow!

it comes with a good OEM style gasket too,
a lot of e bay manifolds come with those "dimpled" gaskets that fall apart

Picked up the header. It is the "Private Label" header that I considered purchasing from the vendor forum. Everything including the weld points and labeling on the box is identical. Out the door price from Batlground w/ exhaust manifold & doughnut gasket was $365. Expect to pay a little more if they have to ship it to you. I'd say $400 is more than fair.

There are multiple dynos here showing that there were significant gains across the board with this header. Batlground has a record of performance gains and I'm certain they wouldn't sell crap and insist that it works well.

I was disappointed with the customer service at Batlground as they quoted a price of $353 over the phone and added $12 as a "service fee" since I was paying with my debit card instead of cash. They also didn't supply the gaskets or box until I asked for them...

I am concerned about ground clearance as that is listed as a potential problem with the unit, but I'm at stock height so it should be a non-issue.

I'll report how things feel w/ the butt-dyno this weekend!
