Thumbs up '01 with '08 wheels and tires. How much of a drop?

Looking at getting some lowering springs for my s2000. I just recently got some '08 wheels and tires. Any issues with dropping the car with Skunk 2 springs with these wheels and tires? Or ASD or Swift springs?

I just posted pics of my espelir ASD's on stock 07 rims in the s2000 gallery. Take a look at those.

Got mine for 170 shipped . No issues at all with Espelir. I'm running 255's in the back.

'08 wheels are different though. They are the same as the CR wheels just silver. You know if they are the same size and offsets?

They are the same size, and any spring on any stock wheel will be fine.

Ok sounds good. Think I will need a drop right away. Will look funny without one I bet.

If you use OEM or close to OEM tire sizes, you won't rub under usual circumstances.

The SKUNK2 springs do drop the car substantially; so try not to hit anything ridiculous. They ride very well with stock shocks. I don't really think it's a real clean drop, though. But whatever.

I had them for a while. Mine were installed with the front lower than the rear. Skunk2 had conflicting information on how the springs should be installed. I asked a tech there...and turns out that mine were installed "wrong". The back is supposed to be lower than the front.

I'm glad I got rid of them to be honest.
