First, I might be in the wrong section to post this..Anyway i do some of research trying to buy the part of my s2000.I found at http://hondapartsnetwork.com/part/82...y-Lower-NH167L. So i call up my local Honda Dealer, give them the part #, and they say the part # i give them its only for 04-up.

I wonder if early s2000 comes with that, any help will be appreciated!

I have the factory parts manual for 2000-2004 and that part does not exist. My car is not available to look at right now. Maybe someone with an AP1 can confirm that it doesn't have this part.

 

I just had a look at MY03 and that part is not on the car, it is on MY06 though. I also noticed item 30 on the diagram you have posted, that is a part only on the AP2 as well. Hope this helps.

The funny thing is that the Ap1's look like they should have had that part from the factory if you look under the dash, the cut outs seem to be there for the part but it never existed. It was put on ap2's though. I don't know if it would fit an ap1 dash , I was curious about this myself a year or two ago when I was working under the dash and it looked like part was missing. It would finish off that area better if the part existed.
