I finally bought an s2000! Anyways, the seller lost his spare key & alarm remote. The 05 s2000 key looks like it doesn't have a chip inside. Can I get the spare key made any place? I don't want to buy directly from Honda dealer because it would be expensive.

 

all s2000 have the chip in the keys so ur gonna have to go and reprogram them.

 

Just FYI:

My dealer in Valencia asked for my registration slip + driver license and matched the slip to the VIN, before he made a replacement key.
