Asura design makes it in 3 inch.

 

It might be cheaper to get a custom one made.

I think sticking with the 70mm is fine. The 18" of test pipe at 70mm most likely wont hamper the performance gains of a 3" exhaust. You could buy most of the parts to make one from Jegs, Vibrant and McMaster Carr. It will likely cost you over $100.
