^Thats the way to go! Holds lots of power, silent and engages exactly like stock.

It engages like stock, but is the pedal a bit stiffer with the ACT pressure plate vs the OEM?

A little bit of course. It's a heavier duty pp so it always will be. Much higher torque holding ability. Still not a very stuff feel over all.

Ok, I ask because I installed it last night and it had a bit more "spring" to it then the old pressure plate..Just want to make sure it was normal. Hopefully Ill have this car wrapped up tomorrow. I think I may need to get used to this pressure plate a bit. Thanks Guys.

Yeah my AP1 oem pressure plate was quite stiff compared to some others and AP2 pp's always seemed lighter so wasn't much of a change for me. Others it seems a lot stiffer though.

I wrapped up the car today, and honestly I got used to the pressure plate really quick. If anyone cares, in my opinon the pedal height is more of a difference than the actual pressure plate. (New OEM disc vs Old OEM disc)

I bought my ACT H021 pressure plate from Amazon Warehouse Deals for $220 plus tax last month.

The condition of the item was marked as "Used - Like New". I took a chance and bought it because Amazon offered me a 30 day refund if the item was unusable.

When I got it a week later, I saw that the pressure plate was in perfect condition. The only thing that was wrong with it was that it was missing the original package.

Saved me $200.
