Default AEM EMS comes with traction control!

I really like my Racelogic system, but I'm more of a fan of VSA / TC in general. I don't have any experience with this, but I've heard the AEM EMS comes automatically with traction control.

Anyone using this feature on their AEM? Any personal opinions? Is it easy to "adjust on-the-fly" for road conditions or do you need the laptop and a tuner to adjust it?

thats pretty cool Does this work on earlier years...pre drive by wire...or does that have anything to do with traction control?

Traction control has always been a feature on the EMS. No, I have not used it even when sc'd.

As mikey was saying in the other thread, it doesn't use wheel sensors and doesn't detect individual wheel slip... just rpm vs throttle position.

And actually replacing the ECU with an AEM gets RID of your 2006-2008 VSA... if I'm reading the Kraftwerks SC threads correctly....

Interesting...I'll have to ask my tuner about enablining it just to see what it does!

Your statement is incorrect in that an AEM EMS for an MY06+ S2000 is not a direct replacement of the factory ECU. An AEM EMS is used in conjunctionwith the factory ECU.
