AEM V2 for 06+

AEM V2 for 06+
Hey guys I want to install a AEM V2 CAI in my 2007, but I read that it will only fit 05 and older cars. but the comprehensive intake thread with pictures and all that didn't mention it won't fit 06+. so will it fit an 06+? and how much cutting is involved?

AEM makes a V2 for '06 to '09 model year S. But it's not Carb legal unlike the '00-'05. We have a different connector on the intake than the non DBW S's. I know because I have compared the connectors from a friends '05 S to my '07 S. We both have Fujita F5 CAI's. His connector is different and bulkier than mine.

yea i was looking for a CAI for our year w/ a carb sticker, but I guess i'm out of luck. i'll look into the K&N. seems to get good reviews.
