im searching for an aftermarket s2k diff capable of handling 350whp. what would be my best bet and why?

 

The only "aftermarket" one I know of is the Inline Pro conversion (300zx non-turbo diff). For your amount of HP I think it is overkill. By a used diff on the for sale forum and have it reinforced. That should be plenty to handle 350 rwhp.
