Default Aftermarket drivetrain with stock engine for a bit

So I'm gonna turbo my 2k this summer with a kit from inline pro. Should be getting around 550hp 360ft-lbs.

My clutch is about to die on me, I feel it slipping now at 6k so I'm not taking it above 3k now and rev matching carefully.

Thing is, I want to put in an aftermarket clutch from Competition Clutches, so when I get my turbo I'll be all set in that department (I'll still have to upgrade the axles and driveshaft though), but I'm not sure if the engagement is going to be so harsh that my damn stock driveshaft/axles won't break. Obviously I'll have to engage it slower so I don't snap the whole thing but has anyone ever done this that you know of and will it work? Thanks......

You axles should hold with a New clutch W/O the turbo.....unless you are slammed though.

You will be fine...i dont believe we ahve enough power to snap the axle via stock power and no drop.
