You should have no problem with this diffuser to DD. I DD my car in the summer and the weekend after I put it on I went for a pretty sick 15 hour cruise. Did some pretty awesome roads, some of which ended up being "under construction" and by that, I mean some of the roads were pretty well gone, and I had no problems scrapping at all. I couldn't imagine what it would have been like if I would have went with the Spoon diffuser like I had originally planned. Well it would probably be in pieces.
However, I'm not slammed. I only have Tein Springs.

Yesterday, I first drove my S with the newly installed diffuser. I live one-mile down a gravel road and heard no sounds (rock hits, drumming, etc.) from the rear diffuser. On the highway (max 55 mph), I think the usual rear road noise was less with the diffuser. Sunday, 5 June, I am driving (2 hr 41 min) to Mt. Ida to meet S2KI & BMW (OK) sports cars for a spirited run to Mt. Nebo. The paved ascent up Mt. Nebo is very steep with sharp hair-pin curves. I will be looking for handling improvement during some of the high speed turns prior to arriving at Mt. Nebo. If I can discern any improvement in rear wheel grip or other differences, I will report them here.

I haven't measured the clearance yet, but my eyes tell me the diffuser is about 1-2 inches closer to the ground than my stock exhaust. I park my S in an underground parking garage and I now have to exit the garage at an angle to avoid scraping the fins as the car enters and moves up the driveway incline (~15-25 degree incline). My S is stock height. Judging by the S2000 avatar in your signature I'd say you are lowered so you may experience more scraping than I do.

THIS! I thought I was crazy! Glad to see my hearing is still working as it should. Who would have thought this diffuser would (slightly) improve cabin accoustics?

Looks like my full fuse box cover idea will have to wait a while since we are getting so much interest on these other things. Never would have thought when i first emailed him so we could get this group buy started that it would lead to so many more great products...

I just installed the diffuser and i love it, looks OEM, nice and subtle. Only thing is my Megan exhaust is touching it but i turned the car on and went to the back to see if there were any vibrations but there were none! So im very happy! Im due for a new exhaust any way so even if it did i wouldnt mind.

And yea, i vote for the front splitter/full body diffuser to come next....

My next vote would be for the full fuse box cover, but ill be patient and would be happy to see side skirts as well..

Thanks alot jordan, def. my favorite line of products, i am spreading the word to all my locals!

GP Fabrication ftw!

I was thinking on my drive to work today with the top up that it seemed quieter as well, figured I was imagining it trying to make this better but maybe I'm not. Thats saying a lot if it really does make it quieter since that would imply significant functional aerodynamic benefits!
