Default Amuse R1 vs Legalo Bumper

Hey everyone, so i had my eyes set on getting the amuse r1 front bumper and afterwards a gt wing. Im still running staggered tires and will probably run it for a while longer (right now is 215/245 but later will be 225/255) because of the specs of my wheels and I'm not really looking to change them yet. I was told by other members on the forum that if got a GT wing with the staggered setup i will need more front grip so the car doesn't push. My question is does anyone know if the new amuse legalo front bumper (just bumper not canards or wide fenders) will generate the extra downforce i need? They emphasized that the legalo bumper extended the front splitter of the r1 and thus generating more downforce, but i feel that its just marketing and not really that functional.

P.S: My wheel specs are 17x7.5 front and 17x8.5 rear, if anyone knows a good square setup let me know!

Thanks!

Amuse isn't really know for making things that aren't functional. But the Legalo bumper is premolded for the wider front fenders and may look weird without them. In this picture you can kinda see the body line molded in it that flows into the front fenders.

The Arvou s2000 uses this kit, maybe research it and see if the kit was tested before being made.

The legalo bumper actually fits on oem fenders, the canards are used to connect the wider fenders to the bumper. I'm sure the whole kit generates a good amount of downforce but I'm just wondering about the downforce made by the extended splitter.

All the pictures I'm looking at I don't think it'll work with OEM fenders. The fender extensions are part of the bumper itself. As far as downforce, I'm sure it will add more compared to having nothing there at all.

That's an expensive setup to try to get some front downforce (compared to a splitter). Since you did mention you wanted to track your car, I'd hate to hear you having an off track excursion with that bumper...

I found this on the Go Tuning website:

Note: Requires Amuse Legalo Front Fenders (sold separately)

Yeah i've been debating because i love how the r1 bumper looks but there are definitely bettwr option for performance. As for the legalo bumper, bulletproofauto told me that the bumper itself works with oem fenders and also i saw i post here on the forumns that showed the bumper with oem
Fenders as well.

Why not a CR front lip with a splitter?
