Default Any need for ETD with innovative mounts?

Hi there,

ive placed an order for the innovative mounts with 75a inserts. I just wanted to know whether an etd would provide any additional benefit to the stiffer mounts or would it simply just be for show.

the one i have in mind is the NRG one which i believe is adjustable.

thanks

john

a little of both. it's not the most functional item you can have, but there are some limited benefits of it.

Jaey, i just installed the Innovative mounts with 75a inserts as well. With all three mounts you will have no movement at all. Can't see how a small damper would be beneficial once you have the mounts in. Trust me, the engine and tranny do not move at all, even when going all out. Also the car will shake and vibrate pretty good the first few days but will mellow out. Very connected and solid feeling car after this mod and one I do to all my project cars. Makes the shifting super crisp and quick as well. You chose well, enjoy them.
