what is soo bad i about it? i don't know to much about aftermarket parts expect you get what you pay for especially with the s2000's.
but i mean what is such a killer about it? poor welding, cheap steal, very heavy?

what makes this so bad compared to like mugen or invidia. I am not trying to compare this to J's racing header.

That seems to be about 95 dollars worth. In comparison the factory header is about $800 retail.
If you get it don't get rid of your factory header.

I really don't see a problem with it - your expectations are very much in line with the modest price. On this forum the majority seem to take it as a self evident truth that if it costs more it has to be better. There has always been an obvious correlation between price and quality but it's always objective and seldom linear.

you can buy j's replica header (PL header) for about 400 shipped. so far, no one complained the quality. it seems pretty good.

All the cheap headers on ebay are direct replica's of other name brand headers. So if the welds hold fine then most likely it will make similar gains to the original header it was copied from.
