I just got my Q300 and was also surprised at how big the tips actually are. I had planned before I got it to matt black everything but the tips for stealth but now am thinking I'm going to have to cut the tips off and mount AP1 tips as well to maintain a stealthy factory look.

Will the AP1 tips restrict flow at all? Obviously the Invidia tip is significantly larger than the actual exit from the muffler but it still looks like the Honda tips might be slightly smaller than the size of the muffler exit.

Same here! I'm willing to trade my stainless steel tips for some Ti tips if anybody wants to do it.

IMO SS tips looks good and since OEM tips will not allign 100% perfectly i don't think it worth the effort.

I dont see how the q300 looks aftermarket though. You could have two huge cannister hanging from your car like most other exhaust have...
