ive seen plenty examples of this part used on the J’s racing fenders where it covers the opening but this says it can be used on oem fenders as well ? Anyone have any info or examples with this being used on the oem fender ? Does it require cutting I assume ? Or can it just bolt right over . Thanks !

It wouldn’t do anything if you just bolted it onto the oem fender without cutting the fender. It’d be the same as glueing on fake vents.
