Can use a torch to burn titanium. MAP gas torch from home depot would work. I wider flame tip would be best though.

I agree with Moddiction. I used a yellow bottle MAP gas torch to burn stainless and titanium parts before. My tip would be to make sure the parts are cleaned with alcohol or something to insure its completely clean before burning. Also must wear latex gloves during the process as the oils from your skin will be fingerprinted on the metal and will actually burn the print into the finish. When burning stainless, it takes between 5-10 seconds of direct flame from the torch before the colors start changing. When the color change starts it happens fast. You want to pull the flame off the metal as soon as you see it changing or else you will go past the nice blued color finish and end up with a yellowish brown color that doesnt look good. Youll get a feel for it, just practice on something else if you can first to get a feel for when to pull out to leave it blue lol. With titanium the color change starts to happen even faster, like under 5 seconds. Have fun and good luck

Yeah if you mess up can just use some metal polish and it will take all the color away and can try again. It's def fun to play around with!
