Bought the car used and I forgot to ask what kind of springs it was or if it was cut, etc. Ride is pretty hard but nothing crazy. The lip I have on it now and even before I had it on (ap1 oem lip) it would scrape on dips and I take speed bumps sideways to not bottom out the exhaust and pipes, etc. Shitty part is I scrape everytime coming out of my own driveway haha even taking it at an angle.

But at least it looks good.

Anyway to know what kind of springs or how much it's lowered? Looks like more than 1" cause I drove an ap2 with tein 1" and it was a much more comfortable ride and didn't scrape.
Still new to S2000 mods, anyone give me input that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

EDIT: 1 finger between tire and fender.

Take 1 of the wheels off and post a picture of the spring. Or tell us what color it is. Most manufacturers use different colors.

Ok they're green and they're TEIN, I believe. From what I can see through the rims, I can see the "T" tein logo and T before its covered with dust.
Are there more than one type of TEIN for the s2k? im guessing mine is the more aggressive drop.
Also, how do you pronounce TEIN? wtf kind of name is that lol
is it like "teen" or "tain" or "tee-ain"?

Theres only 2 version of Tein springs for this car, the S-Tech and H-Tech, S-Tech being the lower version. The S-techs drop the car about 1.5"

And I think its pronounced 'tine'

I pronounce it "tane".

S-Tech are green, H-Tech are gold.

I'd say that's 1.5". Could have been purchased as 1.25" but settled. Either way, get coilovers
