Default anyone running a 3 inch test pipe?

Ive been looking around for a test pipe and I only see 63mm and 70mm. Im running a custom single 3 inch (76mm) exhaust. I also currently have some sort of high flow that came with the car when I bought it and I plan to get rid of it soon. You guys think I should get a 3 inch or stick with a 70mm? RSG has a 3in for about 120ish which is reasonable considering invidia 70mm run 90ish. And also why dont I see more people run a 3in tp? I know alot of us run 3in cat backs. Ive searched and found little to no info on 3in. Is it bc the lack of production? Looks like only rsg sells them

One reason you dont see many is because the berk exhaust can be header back and doesnt require a test pipe.

In my situation, i have an hks exhaust. A lot of people refer to it as a 3" but really it is 75mm. I dont want my test pipe to be bigger than my exhaust.

Thanks for the reply,
I think 3 inch is 76mm. Just looking for any 75mm-76mm test pipe.
I dont think a 1mm bigger test pipe would do any harm or bottleneck too bad.

Yeah I have the berk headerback so no need for a test pipe. I cannot remember seeing a 3 inch test pipe anywhere.

Looks like the only place to get one is from rockstar garage. No threads or reviews :/. I wonder if it will gain more power then a 70mm tp. Probably but not by much

I have a Hytech 3" with my HKS 75mm. I'd probably go with the RSG though due to a less than smooth experience with the initial install (had to visit Hytech to get hardware machined specifically for the s2000 application) and because of the price. I'd definitely go with a 3" test pipe over a 70mm though

Really it is a piece of pipe with 2 flanges welded to it. As long as the places where is bolts line up it should be fine. Sucks about the hytech one but I have steered clear of them due to less than good follow through with customers.

I have a hytech 76mm test pipe. Couldn't reuse any of the stock hardware. Would have been nice to know before getting the car on stands and removing the previous tp.

It was a bit more expensive than comparable stuff on the market. Mine has been running strong for 2-3 seasons, so I can't fault them on quality.

I didn't know rsg made a tp?
