i'm in a valve cover dilemma...

what are the differences between ap1 and ap2 valve covers?

what do i do to make a AP1 valve cover to work on a AP2?

what pieces do i need? what are the part numbers?

i know the differences has something to do with the PCV's...anyone???

 

if you have and ap1 valve cover you need an ap1 pcv. Ap2 need ap2. Other then that it is a direct swap. So if you get a valve cover with a pcv on it you dont need to do anything. The PCV does not ahve to match the car. Just the valve cover.

 

00-03, 04-05 and 06-09 are different. 04-05 have a different pcv valve. 06-09 are dbw.
