ap1 diffuser bulb question
my left ap1 bulb is either out or unplugged. i was hoping somebody could talk me through the steps to getting to the bulb itself to check.
also if anyone knows the bulb part number or the specifications so i can get a replacement, i'd really appreciate it.
*it isn't the left blinker bulb, it's the other (lower - i think) bulb.
i need to make this simple fix asap! i feel stupid when the headlights are on and one side diffuser is turned off
thanks!

By "left" do you mean driver's side or passenger's side? There are lots of "left" sides depending on how you're looking at the car.
Pop the hood. Inside of the appropriate fender wall (engine bay wall) there is a hole toward the front that you may be able to reach in to and find the bulb socket.
On the driver's side, this hole is obscured by the plastic radiator overfill tank. The bottle can be removed by firmly pulling straight up.
The bulbs are "194" size.

With the hood open and securely propped using the little kickstand, take both hands and firmly grab the radiator overflow tank. The tank is the white-ish plastic round part that has a hose leading to the radiator.
Firmly pull straight up on the tank until it slides out; don't pull so hard you rip out the fill tube. Place the tank somewhere to the side (center of the car) where it's not going to fall or spill.
After you've removed the tank, you should see the now-exposed hole in the engine compartment which was directly behind the tank.
Reach your hand (probably your left hand, if you're standing in font of the bumper) into the hole and find the appropriate bulb socket.
Gently turn the socket 1/4 turn anti-clockwise and the bulb and socket should come loose.
If you can reach it, you can now gently remove the bulb from the socket. It simply pulls straight out. If you can not reach the bulb, you may have to also bull out the other sidemarker bulb, which will free up more length of wire loom.
Installation is the reverse of the above.
