yeah, i have the ek fog light set up from the previous owner, it's extremely stupid. i would not advise it at all. they will break on you if you exceed 110mph. and after the cutting you've done to your bumper you'll wish you never went that route.

Thats incorect, I had been faster than that and mine have not broken yet.

If you take your time durring the install process you can make them fit good.

i went with the ek fogs, they turned out nice just take your time, i probably wouldn't do it again tho if i consider the time and work it took. Especially after drivin around horrible city roads, both lenses were cracked within 2 weeks

How is the durability of the odessey fog lights. Can anyone chime in, with some feedback? I like the EK fog look, but if i'm going to invest the time and effort to do this mod, I want it to look good and last.

For those of you who have broken the lights/trim on the EK fogs, were you using genuine Honda OEM ek fogs or the ebay knockoffs?

They broke at 110mph, huh? Were you driving in a sand storm? I put in a set of the Odyssey fogs (tho I think they were knock offs) and I just love them. The DYI Rob prepared was great, tho I would elaborate on a few points. But a pretty quick mod, the lighting is useful and best of all, you don't have those dumb@ss fake vents any longer.

btw - I was pulled over last week for no front plate. Wish I could think of an aesthetically reasonable way to hang one.

i bought mine from evasive, i didnt have an issue with the trim breaking, i used wire and a half of an L bracket and rigged a support system so they were pretty sturdy but drivin around dirty bumpy roads, i guess stuff just got shot up at them and cracked both lenses
