Default AP1 front bumper on AP2

I really like the look of the AP1 front bumper, especially with the civic fog lights installed. I was wondering if the AP1 front bumper will fit an AP2. I tried to research it but all I could find were the conversions from AP1 to AP2. Also i think i Read something about spider cracks forming because its a little too small for the AP1, so wouldnt this mean the AP1 is slightly larger and therefor wont fit the AP2 correctly?

Thanks for any info i'm a nub

I almost went to an AP1 nose from AP2 but changed my mind; I was going to do the EK fogs and Amuse lip. Its a direct bolt-on replacement except there are more holes on the bottom of an AP1 nose (unnecessary to bolt them though) and there is a 1" extension on the AP2 wheel liners ahead of each wheel. You can either pop the rivets for the extender and the holes will match up or simply drill a hole 1" up and keep the AP2 fender liners stock.

I think the Ek lights are fawking sick ive always wanted someone to fabricate housing for the ap2 inserts like the ones for the ap1... but i wouldnt go from Ap2 to Ap1, yet if you reallllly want to do it u could pick up an extra 200 bucks on the side at least for the trade. And yes, its a full swap over plug and play no headaches...it will match up.

But consider these lights for ap2.

Ap2 Fog Lights - Done Differently Thanks K LO QUE this is a really great addition.
