I live in LA and work in the film industry (in the art dept -- designing and fabricating custom one-off stuff) and I still could get my hands on any of the OEM extruded "L" stuff...

Emil St-Hilaire in a few post before mentioned that you can get it by the yard from a honda dealer...

I found something from a place we have here called Clark Rubber, will post the finish pic, do you have a pic also?

I couldn't find a L shape, i could only find a U shape.

Bump for results?

Have replica OEM lip, need some kind of silicone or rubber strip to put on. fitment is fine, just the finished edge is not very neat.

thanks mate, but i got it all sorted, i got my OEM lip repaired!

here is the end result with a U channel rubber thanks to slackfaster, for the tip! only cost me around 10 bucks.

While the bumper was off painted the silver bits behind the bumper bar, the a/c canister, pipe and the metal bar in front of the radiator!
