Default AP1 owners with shift beeper

For the AP1 owners using a shift beeper, do you have your max set to 8900 or 8800?

I've been trying 8900 but it seems that by the time I hear solid tone I'm bouncing off the limiter. I tried stepping down to 8800 and it works nicer for now.

Just looking to see what everyone's using. Perhaps I just need to anticipate it better, or just keep it at 8800.

8900, youll get used to it. when i set it at 8900 i was hitting the rev limiter too, but you learn to shift right at the beep after awhile.

9000. first gear is super quick, you will learn to react, every other gear count to three then before the 4th shift . best mod ever

I'm going to keep 8800 for a while. I'd rather hear the solid tone and know I'm at redline than have to count and anticipate the 4th beep without ever getting the solid tone.
