Hi, I am looking to go to a single exhaust setup soon and was looking into using an AP1 rear bumper- I have an AP2 now. From searching The only info i could find was that the bumper attachment brackets are a different length on an AP2. Has anyone done this swap and have any info on the modification needed? Thanks.

 

I know that the hangers at the wheel well are not as long on the AP1 as on the AP2 body and I believe that the hangers for the rear lip are longer for the AP2 than the AP1 because the AP1 bumper is about 1" less deep overall than the AP2. Others have made the transition and v.v. without much trouble I believe except for having to relocate the hanger holes on the bumper skin wheel well openings.I know that I have seen a DIY on the site regarding this.
