Default AP2 2004 TO AP2 CR SWAY BARS SWAP

i was planning on getting myself a CR sway bars but im not sure if it would make a difference on running on my ap2 2004.

I only have a couple question regarding swapping to CR sway bars

1. will it make a difference?

2. will it work without any modification to my car?

3. is it worth it?

wheel and tire specs

17x7.5 225 falken azenis

17x9.0 255 falken azenis

swift springs. drop 1. rear and .8 front.

the sway bars work in conjuntion with the suspension.

You might have some negative results.

List the rim/tires sizes you have on

I have stock AP2 suspension with a CR front sway. I can tell you it puts a lot more understeer into the car, at least with the stock ap2 rear sway. I liked the results though it takes a bit more to put the rear out.

MY00-01 AP1 rear sway is very very close to the CR rear sway in stiffness. The MY02-03 is a little softer than the MY00-01.

So, keep your stock rear sway and consider a stiffer front bar. The CR front sway would probably need to be matched with the CR springs/shocks to have a dramatic impact. You might consider a Saner, Cusco, or Whiteline front sway instead.

CR suspension setup ... I would not just buy bits and pieces. I got the whole thing, and never considered getting only bars or shock/springs.
