Were the fender washers from the dealership or hardware store?

 

I bought mine from Bernardi Honda, it came with all the hardware.

 

I just bought the hardware surfaccing mentioned for $5 from Lowes. The 1.5" long bolts were way too long for 4 of the bolts but it was fine for the center 3. Also, i nstead of using fender washers, I used 1/4" flat washers and they were the right size. I'm going to get 4 bolts that are 5/16 wide and maybe 3/4" long.
