I buggered the lower lip of my bumper on an evil curb last week. I've touched it up pretty well, but it's still ugly.

I've seen an S2k w/the front spoiler, and I think it would cover the damage spots.
The dealer quoted me $499 for the part, pre-painted.

Questions:
1) is self-install easy? I installed F/R spoilers on my old Miata. Is this just a matter of using existing bolts/fasteners?
2) Any online sources that can get me a better price?

Thanks much,
Scott Stiles

Scot, don't buy from your dealer. Save yourself $150, buy from Honda Accessories. You can buy it here: http://www.honda-accessories.com/s2000.html for $358. They are one of our site sponsors. They come with instruction for installation.

Scott: Easy install. If you've still got the same style bumper (damaged) attached, you only need to take out the existing (10) screws, and put them back in the same holes when you attach the new bumper. 20 minutes tops.

The installation is quite simple, takes ~1 hour if you really take you times.
