Yes, as long as you get the balast box with the headlight, its all plug and play if I remember correctly. If you have to use your ap1 balast box's, you will have to dremel out the hole where the bulb goes, and custom make a bracket to hold the balast in place.

when i have my AP1...i did the conversion. the bulb holder on the AP2 headlight needs to be dremeled slightly as it is too small. i made a custom bracket using tin sheets from my local hardware store for the ballast.
