Default AP2 Rear Sway bar delete mod

Any Ap2s Daily Driving their car with no rear sway bar mod?

Pros?

Cons?

Im on the fence about doing this to my 05 AP2. I will have Swift Spring on stock shock/struts next week might take it off since I'm back there.

I may have missed the memo, but what would be the point in doing this? Only thing I can think of is maybe your trying to reduce the oversteer tendencies of the car?

I had that option when was non staggered. Asked around and did some research. Was mostly told that the car feels "disconnected" in the rear and feels "off". So I just bought a 32mm Cusco front sway bar.

I am running a Eibach front sway bar with a AP2 rear sway bar on my AP1. Love the way the car feels!

Swaybar = spring stiffener only when turning

Remove bar = same as just running a softer spring rate in the back

Bigger bar up front = stiffer springs in the front

Get the rate of the swift springs call GC get custom rates with what I just said above in mind

i removed my rear bar on my ap1 and it completely killed the fun factor in the car, made it understeer like crazy, but if you like understeer, go for it!

Pretty much the same experiance here. If you NEED to reduce the oversteer for autocross/track I would look at this as a good temporary fix.

Even then I wouldnt do it, easy way to reduce oversteer is loose some tire pressure and/or pick a better line Please OP dont remove it, instead mod your suspension with some coilovers or koni yellows
