APR Diffuser + Berk '3 Exhaust

So I was wondering if the APR Diffuser will fit perfectly with the berk '3 exhaust headerback without cutting it.

It will be tight. I think the APR was meant to go on with the OEM exhaust. I got mine on with my Q300 but it was tough and even now the canisters tough the side of the diffuser.
