APR lip/Downforce lip combo?

Default APR lip/Downforce lip combo?
I'm about to purchase the APR lip but I was wondering if I could attach the downforce CF lip underneath that? Make it look like some sort of splitter or something.

Why not buy the apr splitter then?

The downforce lips are made for OEM bumpers and OEM lips.
