I'm sure this S was getting an attempt at an auto, but probably failed. I don't know the story.

Here's a link with a company that mods sports cars for your use. Good luck in being able to enjoy your car again. This is a better opion than a auto trans and the cost should be less also.

How about an electric actuator button built on steering wheel to activate the clutch??
Or a custom built to the left dash (a metal rod from the clutch to your left hand level ) so you can hit the clutch with your left hand may not be safe.
lol, sorry but one hand on the clutch and one hand the shift is not a good idea

the sorry bout that guy wanted to drift is old and glad someone brought it up.

not sure but i think someone posted up a paddle shifting s2000 mod

Hey Chuck...don't give up yet. You might reach out to Ikeya...they make a paddle shift kit for the s2k.

I'm also going to move this thread to modifications...you may get more ideas there or maybe someone who has the Ikeya set-up.
This is without a doubt your best option.

Anything is possible.

Ive driven a 08 Honda Odyssey, just with remotes and buttons..very hard.

drove a 07 Honda CRV with the gas pedal on the left side of the break

nearly crashed it, pretty strange.

(New gas pedal) (floor break) (old gas pedal*useless)

and i've driven alot of hand break cars....
