Default Baffled oil pan

Hello everyone

Try to search anywhere, but can`t find answer on my question.

What the difference between welds and bolts?
Why ones use bolts (TODA, Spoon), and another use welds, and another use both?

Thank you.

Never seen a bolt in version, only welded. Might be easier to clean.
