Default BBS RS Tire Fitment

So i got RS's 17x7.5 front 17x8.5 rear +30 offset AP1
i bought 215/45 and 245/40
but when i put the wheels on the car theres not way the are going to fit
Now i am lowered and i could raise my car up a bit
but i still dont know if it would work.
i could also roll my fenders but would only be a minor improvement.
Going to try and exchange tires tomorrow for 205/45 and 225/40 which will also give me some more room.
Idk looking for some of you guys to guide me in the best direction.

Thoughts....
