Default Berk header back with HFC option

Does anyone have this Berk with the HFC that can comment on the sound vs. the Berk without the HFC? I searched but it seems that everyone here has the test pipe version. I'm considering the Berk with the HFC option or the Invidia Q300 paired with the 70mm test pipe.

I imagine there's going to be a huge difference in sound/volume. Can I ask why you'd go with the Berk w/ HFC option instead of the TP option? I had an Invidia Q300, and I'm getting my Berk w/ testpipe option delivered next week

The berk with TP is loud and I was thinking the HFC would tame the loudness.

I don't know for a fact, but I doubt the HFC is going to bring the volume down to Invidia Q300 levels. I had to sell the Invidia because I ran into some tranny issues, but I wasn't exactly disappointed to see it go. It's GREAT for a daily driver, but it's not really that impactful until you really rev the car up. I guess I felt like a modified exhaust should sound a bit more raw. The q300 sounds like a slightly louder/deeper 350z/g35 until you get into high RPM.

been looking into this exhaust for a while...seems to be a no brainer for the bang for the buck....but then i gotta factor in an ap1 bumper and cap, or a diffuser

IMO, if you're looking for cleanliness, a diffuser isn't going to accomplish it

I just installed a 70mm berk HFC with a Spoon Dual 70mm exhaust and i find it a little too loud for my everyday driving.
Im going to install a resonator and the spoon exhaust is put together with springs to make it a lightweight exhaust. Great idea
but the springs vibrate on high throttle response so im going to weld the exhaust together.

lol well...i hoped for pops and burbles and all sorts of loud noises. but honestly.....it sounds just like the cat but it gets raspy a little sooner. That's about it.
